How does Treasured Voices work?

A Curator sets up the family story and invites Storytellers. The app offers 365 thoughtful questions—one for each day of the year—while Storytellers move faster or slower as they like. They can answer by voice or text, building a collection you can revisit in Memory Lane.

Do storytellers need their own phone?

No. Storytelling works on a single device or across multiple devices. Storytellers can use their own iPhone with a pairing code, or the Curator can complete prompts and recordings on their own device for someone who prefers not to use a phone—ideal when you want to sit together and hear their story, their voice.

Get Started in Minutes

Setting up your family's story is simple.
Here's how to begin preserving the voices you love.

Choose Your Role

Download the app and choose to be a Curator (managing the story) or a Storyteller (sharing memories). The Curator sets up the family and invites storytellers.

Invite Your Storytellers

Share a simple pairing code so someone can join on their own iPhone—or stay on yours. The Curator can complete the full storytelling flow on a single device when that is easier, while multi-device setups stay in sync when everyone prefers their own phone.

Answer at Your Own Pace

With 365 prompts to explore, storytellers answer by voice or text when it suits them. Quickly, slowly, or somewhere in between. When a storyteller uses their own iPhone, the Curator can send encouragement that reaches them via push notifications, if enabled. Over time, an entire life story takes shape.
